This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and delivering high-quality IAM solutions, ensuring seamless integration across environments while upholding best practices in coding, architecture, and security. As part of our team, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, drive innovation, and contribute to building a secure and scalable IAM platform that supports our business goals. What You'll Do As an IAM Engineer , your responsibilities will include: IAM Solution Architecture: Evaluate existing IAM processes and architect scalable, secure solutions across diverse environments. Technical Leadership & Development: Write code, design CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to the overall development of IAM solutions. Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve complex IAM-related technical issues. Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and ensure delivery of maintainable, high-quality solutions. Documentation & Strategy: Maintain technical documentation, lead technical discussions, and align with organizational strategy. Production Deployment: Manage deployments with minimal service disruption and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging IAM technologies and integrate best practices into our platform. Technical Training: Mentor and train team members on IAM tools, deployment methodologies, and operational best practices. What We're Looking For Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Experience & Skills: 5+ years in a technical engineering role. Hands-on experience architecting, deploying, and maintaining IAM solutions. Strong background building and maintaining REST APIs. Proficiency in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of Python or a similar programming language (Java, Go). Experience designing enterprise-scale, high-throughput, low-latency platforms. Nice to Have: Okta, OneLogin, or Microsoft certifications. Experience with security-focused solution architecture. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust across technical and non-technical teams. Strong prioritization skills with the ability to execute effectively under general direction.
