Job Requirements and Preferences: Basic Qualifications: Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor Degree Minimum Years of Experience: 3 years Required Knowledge and Skills: Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CRM or ERP systems (D365, 2013, 2011, or 4.0), including configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics products. Preferred Qualifications: Additional Educational Preferences: Candidates with relevant skills and certifications but lacking a Bachelor's degree may be considered if they have three years of specialized training or progressively responsible work experience in addition to the three years of Dynamics CRM or ERP experience required. Preferred Certifications: One or more certifications in Dynamics CRM or ERP (D365, 2013/2011/4.0/Online). Preferred Knowledge/Skills: A demonstrable record of success as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant in client-facing roles. This includes: • Interacting with clients to determine key requirements for Sales, Services, Marketing, and Support. • Showcasing D365 solution capabilities and advising on complex business cases. • Conducting business process analyses and creating detailed process flows. • Performing fit and gap analyses. • Drafting functional requirements documents for stakeholder review. • Developing project plans and managing tasks efficiently to stay within budget. • Supporting data migration, testing, and user training. • Assisting with business development efforts as necessary. Demonstrate thorough capabilities in leveraging Dynamics 365 in functional roles across various stages of project lifecycle, as well as effective business communication skills for presentations and client interactions. Be prepared to actively participate in discussions, managing engagements, and maintaining flexibility to address unforeseen challenges. The salary range for this position is $77,000 - $202,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
