Role: Enterprise Architect – Dynamics 365 & Digital Transformation Location: NYC Metro Area, Chicago IL, Atlanta GA (Onsite/Relocation required) Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work without sponsorship Urgency: Immediate hiring Key Responsibilities: • Architecture Strategy & Governance: Define target architecture across Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Service) and F&O (Finance, SCM). Ensure alignment with transformation roadmaps and enterprise standards. • Platform Modernization & Integration: Lead re-platforming from AX 2009 to D365. Architect integrations with Shopify, Databricks, Microsoft Dataverse, and more. • Data & AI Enablement: Design data flows to enable AI-driven insights and customer interactions using Microsoft Co-pilot and Power BI. • Enterprise Structure & Security: Design for scalability, compliance, and multi-entity support across B2B/B2C operations. • Collaboration & Leadership: Guide technical teams, participate in architecture boards, and ensure cohesive execution across delivery teams. Required Experience: • 12+ years in enterprise architecture, 5+ years with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE & F&O • Expertise in D365 (Sales, Service, Finance, SCM), Azure, Power Platform, Dataverse, Dual-write, Microsoft Co-pilot • Proven ERP/CRM transformation leadership experience • Strong background in enterprise integration, security, and compliance Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert • TOGAF or equivalent certification • Knowledge of IPPD 365 framework • AI/ML integration experience Expected Outcomes: • Scalable, secure, and modern architecture • Seamless integration across systems • Accelerated project delivery Improved digital platform performance and reliability
