Job Title: Client Exchange Admin Location: Hybrid Onsite - Dallas, TX Contractual Project Description: Experienced Exchange and Messaging professional to support a User Principal Name (UPN) Change initiative within our Messaging and Collaboration environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Client Exchange (on-prem and/or Online), Active Directory, and related collaboration tools, with a strong understanding of UPN change impacts across mail flow, calendaring, and identity systems. Responsibilities: • Lead and support the execution of UPN changes across the organization. • Assess and mitigate risks associated with UPN changes in Exchange and Client 365 environments. • Coordinate with Identity, AD, and Azure AD teams to ensure seamless integration. • Validate mail flow, calendar sharing, and mailbox access post-UPN change. • Update and maintain documentation related to UPN change processes and configurations. • Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after the UPN transition. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure minimal disruption to end users. • Participate in governance and change management meetings as needed. • 5+ years of experience with Client Exchange (Online and/or On-Premises). • Strong understanding of UPN, SMTP, and identity synchronization (AAD Connect, Azure AD). • Experience with PowerShell scripting for Exchange and user management. • Familiarity with Client 365, Teams, and other collaboration tools. • Proven experience in executing or supporting UPN or domain migration projects. • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
