Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and proactive Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Angular, .NET Core and Microsoft Azure, and a proven ability to lead and mentor a development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications while guiding a small team of developers to ensure high-quality deliverables and adherence to best practices.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Angular (frontend) and .NET Core (backend).Develop and manage cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure services (App Services, Functions, DevOps, etc.).Lead and mentor a team of developers by providing technical guidance, code reviews, and architectural decisions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software.Contribute to planning, estimation, and execution of development tasks and sprint activities.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance across both frontend and backend.Stay updated with emerging trends in technologies and recommend improvements.Required Skills and Qualifications:8+ years of professional experience and a minimum of 4+ years of experience as a full stack developer.Strong hands-on experience with .NET Core (C#) for backend development.Strong experience with Angular (v12 or above).Solid understanding of Azure cloud platform and deployment pipelines.Experience in leading or mentoring development teams.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices / micro front end architecture.
