Software Delivery Manager – Azure / .NET / Angular We’re seeking a Software Delivery Manager to lead one or two agile teams developers and QA engineers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, hands-on Azure expertise, and deep technical understanding of cloud-native applications built with C#, .NET, and Angular. This role is both strategic and technical — ensuring software delivery excellence, fostering best practices, and guiding teams through the full software development lifecycle. Responsibilities • Lead software delivery for multiple Azure-based development teams • Ensure code quality, adherence to design standards, and unit testing best practices • Conduct and manage code reviews, pull requests, and release approvals • Present planned releases and updates to the Change Control Board weekly • Mentor team members on C#, .NET, and Azure development best practices • Coordinate with QA to ensure testing coverage and release readiness • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, performance, and quality Required Skills & Experience • 7–15+ years of total IT experience, including 3–5 years managing Azure engagements • Proven success leading end-to-end software delivery in Azure environments • Strong hands-on knowledge of Azure App Services, AKS, DevOps, ARM, Logic Apps, and Azure SQL • Experience working with C#/.NET APIs and Angular front-ends • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Background in consulting, SaaS, enterprise IT, or managed services environments preferred Preferred Certifications • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305) • PMP or Scrum Master Certification Seniority level • Mid-Senior level Employment type • Contract Job function • Information Technology Industries • IT Services and IT Consulting
