Experience of the right candidate: 7+ years of experience as a professional software developer. Expert-level knowledge in C#, .NET Core, and Web APIs (REST). Hands-on experience with SQL Server (stored procedures, views, functions). Strong understanding of object-oriented design and SOLID principles. Experience working in Agile/Scrum or Kanban environments. Familiarity with unit testing frameworks (NUnit, XUnit, MSTest, TDD/BDD). Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure Cloud Services. Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks like Vue.js, Angular, or React. Knowledge of Bootstrap, CSS/LESS/SASS, and HTML. Experience working with or modernizing ASP.NET Web Forms. Domain experience in insurance or accounting systems. Responsibilities of the right candidate: Develop and maintain internal enterprise-grade applications using .NET technologies. Lead the modernization of legacy systems into API-first, service-based architectures. Design and build scalable, maintainable back-end services using C# and .NET Core. Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and product stakeholders to deliver features from design to deployment. Support and enhance existing applications as needed (including legacy Web Forms). Mentor junior developers and champion best practices in coding and design. Stay current with evolving technologies and contribute to team innovation.
