You Are: As a Microsoft 365 Administrator Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the organization’s Microsoft 365 environment by delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Your primary responsibilities will include, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, implementing robust security measures to safeguard organizational data and digital transformation. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, as well as collaborating with cross-functional areas of the business to deliver a reliable and efficient infrastructure. The Work: To excel in this position, you will need a deep understanding of enterprise-scale transformations, modernizations, and device lifecycle optimizations. Your ability to lead projects and manage cross-functional teams will be critical in driving successful outcomes. Experience in stakeholder management will enable you to align IT initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring that the Microsoft 365 environment supports broader business objectives. Additionally, prior exposure to IT policy development, migration projects, and user training initiatives will provide a strong foundation for addressing the complexities of this role. Your expertise in Microsoft 365 management, will be instrumental in navigating the challenges of this position. A proven track record of working within IT environments that leverage Microsoft technologies will prepare you to deliver impactful solutions. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
