Senior Systems Administrator / Engineer Are you a seasoned IT professional ready to take on a high-impact role where no two days are the same? We're looking for a Senior Systems Administrator/Engineer to join our growing team. In this dynamic position, you’ll contribute to the operational excellence of our organization, support innovative IT solutions, and mentor junior team members—all within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do: • Serve as the Tier 3 escalation point for the support/helpdesk team, assisting with complex troubleshooting and providing guidance where needed. • Collaborate with our sales team and clients to design, engineer, and implement IT solutions that drive productivity and enhance security. • Lead new client onboarding, mapping out their technical environment and ensuring a seamless transition. • Support and optimize centralized services and infrastructure for long-term performance and stability.
