We’re an award-winning Managed Service Provider based in Richardson, Texas, recognized for five consecutive years in the Channel Futures MSP 501 rankings. Since 1993, we’ve delivered enterprise-grade IT solutions to small and mid-sized businesses—combining Managed IT, cloud services, cybersecurity, and VoIP to create reliable, modern infrastructures for our clients. We’re seeking a System Administrator / Project + Escalation Engineer to join our internal strike team. This hybrid role blends advanced support with hands-on project work, roughly 50% escalations and 50% implementations. You’ll be the go-to technical resource for complex issues while leading key infrastructure and cloud initiatives across Microsoft 365, Azure, VMware, and Verge.io environments. What You’ll Do: • Balance project delivery and escalated support for SMB clients • Design and deploy Azure infrastructure and manage Microsoft 365 environments • Administer Windows Server (2016–2025), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs • Implement security policies and maintain compliance standards • Support and troubleshoot servers, storage, and virtual environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Verge.io) • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize infrastructure and ensure reliability • Research and recommend tools, technologies, and process improvements What We’re Looking For: • 3+ years of experience as a Windows System Administrator or Microsoft Cloud Administrator • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, PowerShell, and Microsoft 365 • Hands-on Azure experience (VMs, AAD, networking, storage) • Familiarity with VMware, Hyper-V, and backup/disaster recovery solutions • Azure Administrator Associate certification (or equivalent experience) preferred • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills • A passion for learning new technologies and solving complex challenges What We Offer: • $90,000–$100,000 annual salary • Health, dental, and vision insurance • Generous PTO and WFH hour accrual (similar to PTO) • Certification reimbursement • IRA retirement plan with 3% company match • Stable, growth-oriented environment with long-tenured leadership If you’re looking to work on impactful projects with a respected MSP that values skill, curiosity, and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.
