You’ll be the key connector between vision and execution—driving new business, expanding market reach, and bringing innovative workspaces to life. Key Responsibilities • Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and general contractors to position our firm as the go-to partner. • Identify and pursue new logo business opportunities. • Strategically manage a pipeline of high-value projects. • Drive creative, forward-thinking business generation strategies. • Act as a trusted advisor through the design development and construction process. • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, high-performance workspace solutions. • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and trade shows. • Communicate our value-added services effectively to clients and stakeholders. • Stay ahead of trends and emerging technology in workplace design and construction. Requirements • Proven success in business development, architecture/design, or construction industry. • Strong knowledge of design development, space planning, and architectural product solutions. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn internal systems. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, design, or related field OR 10+ years of relevant industry experience. Work Environment • Office-based with occasional local site visits or events. • Normal business hours; no regular travel required. • Comfortable cubicle workspace with moderate noise level.
