Position: Windows System Administrator (Azure Cloud) Mid-Level Windows System Administrator Location : Morristown, NJ – Onsite/Hybrid Only USC & GC Job Overview We’re looking for a Mid-Level Windows System Administrator with strong Azure Cloud expertise and hands‑on migration experience from On‑Prem to Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of enterprise‑level experience supporting hybrid or cloud‑native environments, with solid knowledge of Azure governance, IaaS/PaaS optimization, and cloud‑first best practices. Key Responsibilities • Must have: Proven hands‑on experience migrating workloads, servers, and services from on‑premises environments to Microsoft Azure Cloud (using Azure Migrate, ASR, or similar tools). • Administer and maintain Windows Server and Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, identity, and security). • Implement and manage Azure Governance, Policy, and RBAC for secure, compliant operations. • Optimize Azure IaaS and PaaS costs and performance through monitoring and automation. • Collaborate with security, Dev Ops, and application teams to ensure successful deployments. • Apply Cloud First best practices and the Azure Well‑Architected Framework for operational excellence.
