Windows System Admin( Azure Cloud) On-Prem to Azure migration experience Location: local or tri state candidate Morristown NJ Full time $100K eed strong profile Interview are going on We're looking for a Mid-Level Windows System Administrator with strong Azure Cloud expertise and hands-on migration experience from On-Prem to Azure Cloud. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of enterprise-level experience supporting hybrid or cloud-native environments, with solid knowledge of Azure governance, IaaS/PaaS optimization, and cloud-first best practices Key Responsibilities: • Must have: Proven hands-on experience migrating workloads, servers, and services from on-premises environments to Microsoft Azure Cloud (using Azure Migrate, ASR, or similar tools). • Administer and maintain Windows Server and Azure infrastructure (VMs, networking, storage, identity, and security). • Implement and manage Azure Governance, Policy, and RBAC for secure, compliant operations. • Optimize Azure IaaS and PaaS costs and performance through monitoring and automation. • Support automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, ARM/Bicep templates. • Collaborate with security, DevOps, and application teams to ensure successful deployments. • Apply Cloud First best practices and the Azure Well-Architected Framework for operational excellence Key Skills : • On-Prem to Azure Migration (must-have) • Windows Server Administration • Azure Governance / Policy / Management Groups
