Responsibilities Participate in requirements analysis and develop solutions for all tiers of the application: user interface, middle-tier business components, database layer, etc. Application development using Power Apps and Power Automate, and Dynamics 365. Debug the applications and perform the unit testing, system integration testing in development and in production. Participate in the development of software user manuals and end-user documents. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions with proper documentation. Execute best practices leveraging technical standards and reusable components in Power Platform development, reusable components, and technical standards in Power Platform development. Mandatory Qualifications Makes high-level design choices and dictates technical standards, including software coding standards, tools, and platforms. Designs multi-leveled architecture or component interactions of a large-scale software system. Candidate is able to provide guidance to large teams and/or has extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field. 84 Months Experience Designing and developing advanced Canvas and Model-Driven Power Apps with custom connectors and scalable architecture. 84 Months Experience Automating business processes using Power Automate. 60 Months Experience Modeling and managing enterprise-grade Dataverse environments with security roles, business rules, and large datasets. 60 Months Experience Developing secure, user-friendly Power Pages portals with Entra ID/B2C authentication and responsive design. 60 Months Experience Integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook), Dynamics 365, and REST APIs. 48 Months Experience Building and deploying CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform using PAC CLI, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. 48 Months Experience Designing and optimizing Power BI dashboards with DAX, role-level security, and embedded analytics. 48 months experience in designing applications for use in a health-related industry or public sector. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a comparable field.
