Hi, Job Description – MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Architect Location: Hartford, CT 5 Days Onsite About the Role seeking an experienced MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical Architect to lead enterprise ERP transformation engagements. The role requires strong technical expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (previously AX), solution architecture, and integration with surrounding systems. The candidate will work with global stakeholders, ensuring that solutions meet business requirements, scalability, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end technical architecture and solution design for Dynamics 365 F&O implementations. • Define and validate solution blueprints, technical designs, integrations, and data migration strategy. • Work closely with business and functional consultants to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. • Guide development teams on X++, C#, .NET, Azure services, and extensions/customizations. • Perform code reviews, technical validations, and performance tuning. • Define and manage environments, deployment pipelines, and cutover activities using Azure DevOps and Lifecycle Services (LCS). • Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and TCS delivery methodologies. • Act as a technical mentor for the team, driving knowledge-sharing and capability building. • Partner with clients and leadership teams to support roadmaps, architecture decisions, and governance frameworks. Required Skills & Experience • 13+ years of IT experience with at least 6+ years in Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 F&O technical roles. • Proven experience as a Technical Architect in large-scale D365 F&O implementations. • Strong development expertise in X++, C#, .NET, SQL Server. • Experience with Azure platform services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Lake, API Management, Power Platform). • Hands-on experience in data migration, system integration, performance tuning, and security model design. • Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Trade & Logistics, and Manufacturing modules. • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, LCS, and Microsoft best practices. Job Type: Contract Pay: $58.53 - $70.49 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
