This role requires expertise in cloud infrastructure, system administration, and platform reliability, ensuring the stability, scalability, and performance of critical environments. You will be responsible for guiding Dev Ops practices, supporting cross-functional teams, and maintaining a proactive approach to monitoring and incident resolution. Key Responsibilities • Oversee the production and ongoing maintenance of website platforms and related services. • Manage cloud infrastructure and system administration tasks to ensure high availability and resilience. • Collaborate with junior and senior engineers, project managers, and executives to deliver operational excellence. • Identify, troubleshoot, and repair issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Implement Dev Ops best practices, including automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code. • Ensure proper monitoring, alerting, and observability across all systems. • Maintain strong communication across teams and stakeholders, aligning operational goals with business priorities. • Drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance stability, scalability, and efficiency. Technical Profile • Proficiency in managing cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP). • Strong system administration skills (Linux/Unix and/or Windows). • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops, etc.). • Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar). • Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk). • Understanding of networking, security, and high-availability system design. Functional Profile • Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy and reliability. • Strong collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Capable of aligning Dev Ops operations with overall business and project goals. • Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in dynamic environments. • Proactive problem solver with strong ownership of deliverables.
