Overview We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Windows Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis with the possibility of conversion to full-time. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates from a technical school, community college, or university who are eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment. The successful candidate will assist with maintaining, monitoring, and supporting Windows-based systems while gaining hands-on experience under the guidance of Senior staff. Responsibilities • Assist in the installation, configuration and management of Microsoft Server environments • Troubleshoot issues related to Microsoft Server environments • Support account management activities, including Active Directory user and group administration • Ability to work on-call rotations and off hour assignments as needed • Monitor system performance and report issues to senior administrators • Help troubleshoot end-user problems • Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps • Participate in IT projects as assigned Qualifications This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates from a technical school, community college, or university who are eager to apply their knowledge in a real-world environment.
