Job Details Level Experienced Job Location Phoenix-Office - Phoenix, AZ Position Type Full Time Education Level 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage Negligible Job Category Information Technology Description Critical to the needs of DBM's IT Department, the Senior Systems Administrator manages the operations and configuration of the IT Infrastructure hardware and software. The administrator demonstrates an understanding of how software behaves to deploy, configure, and troubleshoot systems, as well as researches new technologies, and leverages optimization techniques to ensure that systems operate efficiently. This position will focus on the Microsoft Azure 365 environment, Datacenter Virtualization, and consolidation of remote servers to the data center, while also overseeing daily operations for the existing environment. #LI-KF1 Job Overview: • Data center configuration experience, network, and Server Infrastructure • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration, including tenant configuration, Exchange 365, Teams, Azure Active Directory, security and compliance, and Azure ARC • Provides technical expertise to enable the correct application of operational procedures. • Contributes to the planning and implementation of infrastructure maintenance and updates. • Implements agreed infrastructure changes and maintenance routines. • Uses infrastructure management tools to determine load and performance statistics. Configures tools and/or creates scripts to automate the provisioning, testing, and deployment of new and changed infrastructure. • Investigates and enables the resolution of operational issues. • Provides reports and proposals for improvement, to specialists, users, and managers. • Works with vendors to assist with large IT projects when implementing new technologies and systems Work Experience: • 5-7 Years in Microsoft Systems Administration Education/Training: • BS in Information Systems or equivalent experience. • Specialized Knowledge Certificates & Licenses • Disaster Recovery, Infrastructure migrations, Microsoft Azure, and/or 365 certifications preferred • Software & Technology • Virtualized infrastructure management, SD-Wan networking, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID administration At DBM Global, we believe our employees are our greatest asset.
