Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Full-time, Part-time, Remote, Hybrid, or On-site Overview: We are seeking skilled Data Analysts to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidates will have a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data modeling and visualization, and experience developing dashboards and reports for business intelligence and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: • Perform data modeling, cleaning, and transformation to ensure data accuracy and reliability. • Conduct detailed data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights. • Design and develop interactive dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support decision-making. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). • Utilize advanced analytics and BI tools to automate and streamline reporting processes. • Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standards are upheld. Requirements: • Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics roles. • Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, Excel, or similar data analysis tools. • Hands-on experience with BI and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and statistical analysis. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Data Analyst Associate, Tableau Desktop Specialist) are preferred. • Ability to work across multiple IT domains and manage complex datasets.
