Our client is looking for a Sr. Data Analyst/ BI Developer to join their team in Charlotte, NC. This individual will work on one of the two projects. Project 1: Focused on Communication, Stakeholer Management, Data Analysis and Insights Project 2: Focused on Databricks Architecture, Technical Best Practices, New Program Development, and Reporting Responsibilities are shown below: • Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on any dataset and perform descriptive analytics. • Understanding data pipelines and ability to request/shape data requirements. • PowerBI or equivalent experience in designing and developing dashboards. • Ability to work with large datasets and integrating multiple data sources for generating insights. • Collaborate with business stakeholders and data scientists to consume data outputs and embed into dashboards. • Shaping requirements for self-service dashboards and data insights. • Familiarity with experimentation and measurement at scale. Required Skills & Experience • Must be comfortable working onsite 5 days per week • 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst • 4+ years of experience working with SQL • 3+ years of experience working with Python • 2+ years of experience working with Databricks, specifically building pipelines, querying and processing tables, etc. • 2+ years of experience with Power BI, specifically to build joins, aggregated files, etc. • Experience working in at an enterprise level corporation • Experience with Azure Cloud • Experience working in a retail environment • Fantastic verbal and writing communication skills Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
