You will lead a team of skilled engineers, driving best practices in CI/CD, automation, infrastructure as code, and containerization. The Lead DevOps Engineer will be responsible for optimizing cloud resource utilization, implementing robust monitoring and alerting strategies, and ensuring the resilience and performance of production environments. A strong understanding of microservices architecture, container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes), and various cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is essential. Manage and automate cloud resource provisioning and configuration across AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. Drive adoption of DevOps best practices, including automated testing, configuration management, and release engineering. Collaborate with development and operations teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues rapidly. Ensure the security of cloud infrastructure through robust access controls, vulnerability management, and compliance adherence. Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers, fostering professional growth and team development. Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities and efficiency. Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering roles. Proven experience designing, building, and managing complex cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and automation frameworks. Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet). Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes). Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). Deep understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and system administration. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities. Experience working in a FinTech or highly regulated industry is a plus.
