S3 never asks for money during its onboarding process.” Title: Power BI Data Analyst w/ CRM and Salesforce Location: Charlotte, NC 28202 Contract Length: 12+ Months Some on Site Work Job ref# 243774 Job Description: The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business intelligence, data visualization, and CRM analytics, with demonstrated expertise in Power BI development and familiarity with Sales CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Salesforce. In this role, you will consult on analytics initiatives with broad organizational impact, evaluating multi-faceted data challenges that require creativity, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of analytics practices. You will work collaboratively with client stakeholders to define problems, develop actionable insights, and deliver solutions that meet compliance and performance requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Consult on complex analytics initiatives with broad strategic and operational impact. • Review, analyze, and interpret multi-faceted data challenges involving large-scale or long-term business objectives. • Develop, enhance, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. • Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources, including CRM platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and enterprise databases. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data modeling, visualization, and advanced analytics techniques. • Collaborate cross-functionally with business and technical teams to define metrics, KPIs, and data strategies. • Ensure solutions adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in clear, compelling formats. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Visualization, or Business Intelligence. • Strong Power BI development skills, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Proven ability to work with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce. • Proficiency with relational databases and SQL for data extraction and transformation. • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consult with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in consulting or working with large enterprise organizations. • Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks. • Exposure to cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
