Job Description Overview: Insight Global is partnering with a leading manufacturing client to hire a Power BI Analyst to join their IT team. This role will focus on enhancing reporting capabilities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) environment, specifically around booking and billing data. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization and analytics, with experience in manufacturing operations. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs related to booking and billing  • Extract, clean, and transform data from D365 into meaningful dashboards  • Design and maintain visually compelling Power BI reports tailored for executive and operational audiences  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms Work closely with IT and business teams to optimize data flows and reporting processes We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements • 5–7 years of experience as a Power BI Analyst  • Proven experience working in the manufacturing industry Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Familiarity with SQL, Python, or both
