Job Title: Dynamics CRM with C# DotNet (Dynamics CRM / Power Platform) Remote USA 6+ months 10+ years exp needed Client: CA State client Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior .NET Developer with a strong background in electronic data processing systems, C#.NET, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power Apps, and cloud migrations. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of hands-on technical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of modern cloud technologies and data security practices, especially within healthcare environments. Mandatory Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of experience in the study, design, and programming of electronic data processing systems, with at least 3 years in a lead capacity . • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in C#.NET , and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (or related field) . • At least 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or Power Apps development. • Minimum 2 years of experience migrating on-premises systems to the cloud , using industry best practices . Desirable Qualifications: • 3 years of experience implementing data protection and security best practices , with an understanding of Protected Health Information (PHI) . • 3 years of experience with integration toolsets and APIs . • 5 years of experience in one or both of the following: • Leading technical teams in the development of application solutions. • Coaching and training peers or clients on cloud solutions and maintaining legacy on-premises frameworks . • 2+ years of experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration . • Minimum 3 years of hands-on Azure Cloud experience. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of C#.NET-based applications and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. • Oversee and participate in migrations from on-premises to cloud environments, ensuring adherence to security and compliance standards. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders. • Provide mentorship and leadership to junior developers and team members. • Integrate systems and data sources using APIs and established integration frameworks. • Maintain and support applications involving sensitive healthcare data with a strong emphasis on PHI compliance. • Stay current with emerging trends in cloud technologies and Microsoft ecosystems. Preferred Certifications (Not Required but a Plus): • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals
