Description: Our client has an immediate need for a Principal Solution Architect, who is responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive technology solutions that align with our business strategies, objectives, and IT roadmap Requirements: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field • 10+ years of experience in business and solution architecture, business analysis, or a related role • Strong expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Fusion, Azure) and other relevant technologies. • Extensive experience with microservices architecture, APIs, and integration patterns, including RESTful services and event-driven architectures • Proficiency in ERP systems, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Inventory Management, Analytics, and other business applications • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and design scalable, high-performance solutions • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies for project delivery, including experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead workshops, training sessions, and change management activities • Proven ability to drive business transformation through technology, with a deep understanding of business processes and their relationship to enterprise systems • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, TOGAF, Azure, Oracle) are a plus • Knowledge of PowerPlan and/or IBM’s Maximo is a plus Responsibilities: • Lead the design and architecture of end-to-end solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into detailed technical specifications • Develop and maintain architectural blueprints, roadmaps, and comprehensive as-is and to-be process documentation, including business architecture models and technical documentation • Ensure solutions are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable value, leveraging best practices in architecture and design • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance business capabilities, focusing on scalability, performance, and security • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams on business requirements, solution design, and implementation strategies • Conduct architectural reviews and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure timely delivery of projects, playing a critical role in Finance Transformation programs (e.g., Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory Management, Analytics consolidation and implementation) • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms • Monitor and assess the impact of implemented solutions on business performance, ensuring continuous improvement and optimization Why Work for ConsultUSA: • ConsultUSA offers competitive salaries, major medical (PPO or HDHP w/ HSA), dental, and vision insurance plans, and 401k plan with immediate eligibility for both salary and hourly employees • ConsultUSA hosts several outings and events, holiday and summer parties, and volunteer opportunities throughout the year for employees • We will work with you to obtain training for in-demand technologies and prepare you for industry-recognized certification exams • ConsultUSA offers Business Analysis and Project Management training through our Project Management Institute (PMI)® award-winning sister company, PMCentersUSA How to Apply: To submit your application, please click the “Apply Now” button located at the top and bottom of the page.
