Location: San Antonio/Plano Salary Range: $35 - 40/hr Introduction We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team and provide comprehensive support in Active Directory and Exchange Server administration. This role involves working with a variety of platforms and tools to ensure seamless operations and support for our clients. Required Skills & Qualifications • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 • Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server administration • Proficiency in Exchange Online • Familiarity with Client 365, including Licensing, Azure Sync, Audit tracking, Office products, Windows 11, and Macbook product support • Experience with Zoom administration (meetings, phone, rooms, administration portal) • Knowledge of Slack user administration and desktop app support • Understanding of Box user and admin features • PowerShell knowledge is desirable • Experience in incident management and support, including Jira projects For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
