Position: Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Lead Developer Location: Richmond, VA (23225) Client: State of Virginia Duration: 12+ Months Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Lead Developer to lead the development and management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. This role requires in-person interviews and a commitment to working on-site 3 days a week. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in developing applications and solutions that meet business needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: • Spearhead the development and management of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform projects. • Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for all D365 development efforts. • Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support of D365 and Power Platform solutions. • Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure compliance with best practices and governance standards. • Develop documentation and assist customers in discerning efficient technology solutions.
