Overview We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Engineer to join our team.This role requires a deep understanding of service-oriented architecture, solution architecture, and IT infrastructure, as well as proficiency in various programming languages and technologies. In this role you’ll design, build, configure, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM, ERP, or specific modules depending on business need), integrate with other systems, support users, and ensure the platform scales securely. You’ll partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver solutions that meet functional requirements and support strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: • Dynamics 365 Expertise: Deep understanding of the core functionalities, architecture, and various modules of Dynamics 365 (e.g., Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Click). Prior experience implementing, customizing, and supporting D365 is crucial. • Relevant Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications is standard for D365 technical architects and engineers. • Customization and Configuration: Proficiency in customizing Dynamics 365 applications using out-of-the-box features like workflows, business rules, tables, and forms. Implementing plugins, PCF Controls, and web resources. • Development Skills: Programming languages such as: • C# and .NET: Essential for developing plugins, custom workflows, and extensions. • JavaScript, HTML, CSS: For client-side customizations and developing web applications integrated with Dynamics 365. • Data Management and Integration: • Experience with Microsoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service) for managing data within Dynamics 365. • Knowledge of data migration techniques and tools like SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). • Expertise in integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems using APIs, web services, Azure Cloud services, and Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps). • Experience working with Virtual Tables with performing CRUD functionalities • Microsoft Power Platform: Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI for extending functionality, automating processes, and managing datasets/building reports • Cloud Computing: Understanding of cloud concepts and how Dynamics 365 operates within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem. • Database Management: Knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts. Soft skills • Problem-solving and Analytical Thinking: Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, analyze business requirements, and design effective solutions. • Communication and Collaboration: Clearly conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborating effectively with project stakeholders. • Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest Dynamics 365 releases, features, and evolving technologies. • Attention to Detail: Ensuring the accuracy and precision of customizations and configurations. Experience with the following applications/integrations: • SharePoint, DocuSign, NetSuite (would be a huge ++) QualificationsQualifications: To thrive in this role, candidates should embody the following qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) • Experience: Typically 3–5 years hands-on work with Dynamics 365 (could vary depending on module focus) • Strong experience in customization / configuration of Dynamics 365 (CRM or ERP) • Solid experience with integrations (APIs, data migration, middleware) • Good understanding of security models, roles, permissions inside Dynamics 365 • Familiarity with related Microsoft technologies: Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure services, SQL Server, etc. • Strong problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills • Good communication skills—able to translate between technical and business stakeholders Nice-to-haves: • Experience with full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, go-lives • Certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365, Power Platform) • Experience in cloud deployment / hybrid models • Experience in specific industries (manufacturing, finance, services, etc.) depending on your company’s domain • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Employee assistance program • Flexible spending account • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Tuition reimbursement • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
