Role: MS Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Developer Experience: 9 10 Years Location: NYC ( Hybrid 3 days onsite) Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents). • Customize and extend Dynamics 365 applications leveraging Plugins, Workflows, Business Rules, and JavaScript. • Create automated workflows and integrations using Power Automate and Dataverse. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with external systems using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, and custom connectors. • Implement role-based security models, access controls, and data governance policies. • Conduct unit testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.Work closely with functional consultants and business teams to ensure successfull solution delivery and user adoption. • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and releases within the Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem. Required Skills: • Strong hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing modules). • Proficiency in Power Platform components Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse. • Solid knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and REST APIs. • Experience with Azure services like Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus. • Understanding of SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics 365 solutions. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
