Power Platform Analyst II is a mid-level role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools who can translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for automation, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive digital transformation.Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.* Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.* Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.* Automate workflows and integrate systems to improve operational efficiency.* Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform solutions.* Stay current with platform updates and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security.Required Skills & Qualifications* 2–4 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).* Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query.* Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integration.* Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures.* Ability to write clear documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on user experience.* Familiarity with governance, security roles, and environment management in Power Platform.Preferred Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in business or information technology preferred* Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or similar certification.* Experience with Azure services, SQL, or other data platforms.* Background in business analysis or process improvement.At Grand Canyon Education, it is our privilege to serve students and those who support academic advancement.
