Required Skills & Qualifications • 2-4 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integration. • Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures. • Ability to write clear documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on user experience. • Familiarity with governance, security roles, and environment management in Power Platform. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business or information technology preferred • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or similar certification. • Experience with Azure services, SQL, or other data platforms. • Background in business analysis or process improvement.
