This role falls under Grand Canyon's Business Analyst however, with some additional specificity. Power Platform Analyst II is a mid-level role ideal for someone with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform tools who can translate business needs into scalable, efficient solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a passion for automation, and the ability to collaborate across departments to drive digital transformation. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. • Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. • Automate workflows and integrate systems to improve operational efficiency. • Provide support and troubleshooting for existing Power Platform solutions. • Stay current with platform updates and best practices to ensure optimal performance and security. Required Skills & Qualifications • 2-4 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). • Proficiency in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query. • Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Teams integration. • Strong understanding of relational databases and data structures. • Ability to write clear documentation and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a focus on user experience. • Familiarity with governance, security roles, and environment management in Power Platform. Preferred Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in business or information technology preferred • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or similar certification. • Experience with Azure services, SQL, or other data platforms. • Background in business analysis or process improvement.
