• Contribute to documenting, monitoring, and maintaining the system and network infrastructure. • Serve as an escalation point to diagnose complex network and server issues, identifying causes and developing remediation strategies. • Assist the management of the server environment. Tasks include creating new virtual machines, upgrading management software, troubleshooting infrastructure, and closely monitoring resource usage. • Understand business requirements and effectively design, communicate, and deliver solutions to both technical and business stakeholders. • Build and maintain relationships with internal leadership, business teams, IT, and external vendors. • Offer technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to peers as required. Qualifications Include: • 5+ years of experience in Information Technology with an emphasis on advanced System (Windows / Active Directory / Azure) Administration. • Experience with Microsoft Server operating systems. • Experience with Active Directory and Group Policy in a multi-domain, geographically separated environment. • Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server administration. • Solid TCP/IP network knowledge and troubleshooting Routers and Switches, with an understanding of DHCP, WINS, and DNS network services. • Experience with designing, configuring, installing, maintaining, and tuning components associated with the LAN / WAN infrastructure. • Understanding of SAN and storage architecture. • Strong working knowledge of backup concepts and best practices, preferably experienced using Veeam Backup and Replication software. • Knowledge of wireless networking including managing, troubleshooting, and best practices.
