Business Intelligence Analyst - Tableau job at Concord USA. Kansas City, MO. This role is for a highly skilled BI Analyst who will play a key role in our data-driven decision-making. You'll be responsible for the entire data journey, from building data pipelines and data models to creating compelling Tableau visualizations that empower our clients to gain actionable insights. What you will be doing • Design and develop robust SQL queries to extract and transform data for reporting and visualization. • Create dynamic and impactful dashboards and reports in Tableau, tailored to meet client needs and drive decision-making. • Build and maintain data architecture, ensuring optimal performance of queries, pipelines, and automation workflows. • Analyze data quality and identify discrepancies between available data and reporting needs, translating findings into actionable insights for stakeholders. • Develop and implement data transformation processes (ETL) using tools like Databricks or Alteryx. • Leverage cloud-based data solutions like AWS, Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud to optimize data storage and analysis. • Collaborate with teams to design and execute data strategies aligned with business goals, particularly in the supply chain domain (preferred). What we are looking for • Extensive experience with Tableau including dashboard creation, advanced visualizations, and performance optimization. • Supply chain experience as well as the ability to contextualize data analysis within this domain is preferred. • Advanced SQL skills with the ability to write complex queries and optimize performance. • Experience developing and implementing ETL pipelines using tools like Databricks and/or Alteryx. • Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions such as AWS, Snowflake, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) to automate data processes. • Experience with relational database systems (e.g., Redshift, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL Server, or MySQL).
