Plexos Group is hiring a skilled Construction Supervisor to lead housing recovery efforts in New Mexico. If you have residential construction experience and a passion for helping communities rebuild after disaster, this is your chance to make a lasting impact. Core Responsibilities: • Lead teams rebuilding homes damaged by 2024 natural disasters. • Oversee contractors and construction staff to ensure projects meet quality, safety, and compliance standards. • Coordinate inspections, resolve site issues, and keep projects on track. • Serve as the go-to liaison between homeowners, contractors, and program staff. Qualifications: • 4–6 years in residential construction or project management. • Experience supervising contractors and juggling multiple projects. • Strong knowledge of building codes, blueprints, and HUD/CDBG-DR standards. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. • Must be based in New Mexico or willing to travel 75% (6 weeks on / 2 weeks off).
