Plexos Group is hiring an Environmental Review Supervisor to help rebuild New Mexico communities impacted by 2024 natural disasters. If you’re an expert in NEPA and HUD environmental compliance, and ready to lead a team making a real difference this is a great opportunity. Core Responsibilities: • Lead a team conducting environmental reviews for housing recovery projects. • Ensure compliance with NEPA, HUD (24 CFR Part 58), and all applicable regulations. • Coordinate with agencies like FEMA, EPA, and SHPO to secure clearances. • Review and approve Environmental Review Records (ERRs) and maintain documentation in HUD’s HEROS system. • Train staff, streamline processes, and keep projects moving on schedule. Qualifications: • 4–6 years of experience in environmental review or regulatory compliance. • 2+ years of supervisory experience. • Strong knowledge of NEPA, HUD environmental rules, and ERR documentation. • Bachelor’s degree in environmental science or related field; Master’s preferred. • Experience with HUD-funded programs and Microsoft Office; GIS familiarity a plus. • Must be based in New Mexico or willing to travel 75% (6 weeks on / 2 weeks off).
