Join Plexos Group in helping rebuild homes and communities across New Mexico! We're hiring a Construction Coordinator to support the CDBG-DR Home Recovery Program, providing housing rehab, reconstruction, and new builds for families impacted by 2024 natural disasters. This is a boots-on-the-ground role with real impact! Core Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day construction activities for housing projects • Coordinate site visits, contractor meetings, and inspections • Track progress, manage documentation, and ensure compliance with HUD and local codes • Communicate with homeowners and resolve project issues • Review invoices, change orders, and contractor performance Qualifications: • High school diploma (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred) • 2–4 years in residential construction or project coordination • Strong organizational and communication skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus • Must be local to the State of New Mexico or be willing to deploy 75% of the time (6 weeks on, 2 weeks off) to New Mexico.
