Job Description:Email Management: They handle all aspects of email management, including configuring email accounts, creating distribution groups, managing email addresses and aliases, and setting up email policies and rules. User Provisioning: Exchange Administrators provision and manage user mailboxes, including creating new mailboxes, granting or revoking mailbox access permissions, and managing mailbox storage limits. There are several certifications available for Microsoft 365 and Exchange Administration. Must have at least 1 certification and 2+ years of experience. Position Summary:Professional work that performs and/or plans, assigns, monitors, reviews and leads the work of others in installing, configuring, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting servers and other computer systems. Provides support services to facilitate efficient and effective use of traditional and cloud system resources. Maintains data files and monitors the system configuration to ensure data integrity. Plans for and responds to service outages and other problems. Ability to:Set priorities and establish a systematic course of action to ensure accomplishment of objectives on time and within budget.Exercise creativity and imagination in approaching assignments.Deal with ambiguity and make decisions with limited information.Quickly grasp new ideas and concepts.Establish and maintain effective working relationships with users to provide information and advice, meet their needs and achieve expected results.Work well within team and assist others with their assignments.Acquire and maintain knowledge of the business of Client and Technology Services products.Research and acquire knowledge of developing information technology trends and emerging technologies.Identify what issues need to be communicated and inform others.Communicate effectively, orally and in writing.Follow through with commitments. Requirements:Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science or related discipline and four (4) years of professional experience in a system administration role in a large corporate or industrial environment for the discipline and/or specialty area(s) being recruited OR Eight (8) year combination of education, training and experience in installing, supporting, and maintaining servers and other computer systems in a large corporate or industrial environment for the discipline and/or specialty area(s) being recruited
