What You'll Do: - Execute onboarding and offboarding workflows, including provisioning/deprovisioning of hardware, software, and licenses. - Maintain accurate records of employee access and entitlements across systems. - Provide internal support for Azure Entra ID, Intune, Microsoft 365, and Freshservice. - Monitor and maintain system health, performance, and compliance. - Assist in managing hybrid development environments and co-managed infrastructure. - Identity and Access Management. - Enterprise application lifecycle management, including SSO integration, certificate/secret management, etc. - Track and manage hardware and software inventory and ensure timely updates and lifecycle transitions for IT assets. - Help manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers. - Oversee procurement and renewal of software licenses and subscriptions. - Maintain documentation and compliance for vendor agreements. - Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce Level 1 security policies. - Participate in prevention, detection, and triage of security incidents. - Support compliance efforts and contribute to SOC 2 readiness activities. What You've Done: - 3+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration. - Experience administering infrastructure with Microsoft Azure Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft 365. - Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments. - Experience with ticketing platforms (we use Freshservice) - Exposure to security operations and policy enforcement. - Strong organizational and communication skills. What Stands Out: - Understanding of endpoint management tools such as SCCM and Intune. - Experience in hybrid development environments. - Experience working with remote, multinational teams. - Experience managing Multiple OS platforms and mobile devices. - Scripting experience in PowerShell or similar languages. - Familiarity with compliance frameworks (e.g., SOC 2). - Experience with asset management. - Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement.
