Inside Customer Service Representative Portsmouth, VA | Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Total Business Solutions, a local office supply and office furniture dealer, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Customer Service Representative to join our team. Responsibilities: • Assist customers with placing and processing orders • Manage product returns and exchanges • Support product purchasing and inventory management • Help coordinate daily deliveries with the delivery team • Perform software updates and related system tasks • Provide excellent customer service and account management support Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or account management experience • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Positive, team-oriented attitude Schedule & Benefits: • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM • Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, and a 401K plan If you are organized, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!
