The Team You Will Be Joining • Aiming to position Texas as an international leader in higher education, this state agency leads the Texas higher education system. Major Duties • Updating customer demographics and account information. • Processing payments by phone, and help answer any questions/concerns. • Assisting with online username and password resets. • Scanning, indexing, and saving documents into an electronic imaging system. • Providing general clerical and administrative support to the call center team. • Perform other duties as assigned.
