🔹 IT Administrator 📍 Georgia 🕒 Full-Time | 💼 Exempt | ✈️ Travel: 25–40% About the Role We are seeking a proactive and experienced IT Administrator to support our Georgia operations. This position works closely with the Vice President of IT and is responsible for managing the company’s computer infrastructure—including hardware and software installations, helpdesk operations, systems maintenance, and on-site technical support. This role requires occasional overnight travel (25–40%) across our service areas. Key Responsibilities • Coordinate with the VP of IT on infrastructure development and system deployments • Provide hands-on support for computers, servers, printers, phones, camera systems, and networks • Manage and improve service desk operations and customer support • Support website updates and content via WordPress/GoDaddy • Deliver performance reports and compliance insights to senior IT leadership • Implement and maintain security, software, and hardware systems • Train users, manage IT documentation, and assist in IT purchasing Qualifications • High school diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred • 3–5 years of IT support or infrastructure experience • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record Technical Skills • Microsoft Server OS (2003–2025), Windows OS (XP–11), Office 365, Azure • Website tools: WordPress, GoDaddy • PowerShell scripting and/or programming (Python preferred) • API integration experience • Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and communication skills • Customer-first mindset in helpdesk environments Why Join Us? • Work with a purpose-driven team in the healthcare sector • Great variety in daily responsibilities and challenges • Opportunities to travel, innovate, and grow professionally • Competitive compensation and benefits package
