Overview: Insight Global is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to support a strategic initiative focused on documentation, training, and enablement around Microsoft Copilot and Power BI. This role will play a key part in driving user adoption, creating clear and effective documentation, and delivering impactful training sessions across the organization. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain user-friendly documentation for Microsoft 365 tools, with a focus on Copilot and Power BI. • Design and deliver training sessions (virtual or in-person) to technical and non-technical users. • Collaborate with internal teams to understand workflows and tailor enablement materials accordingly. • Support change management efforts related to Microsoft 365 adoption. • Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Copilot and Power BI in day-to-day operations. Required Skills: • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft 365, including Power BI and Copilot. • Strong background in technical writing and user training. • Experience with agile environments and digital transformation initiatives. • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Power BI, M365 Fundamentals, Copilot-related credentials). • Familiarity with change management frameworks. Compensation: 45-55/hr DOE
