Job Title: MS Dynamics 365 F&O Functional Consultant Location: Atlanta, GA or Brentwood, TN Type: Contract • *ONSITE** Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Functional Consultant with a strong background in accounting and financial systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in accounting, and/or be a CPA or Chartered Accountant (CA), and will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions across financial processes. Your role will bridge the gap between finance operations and technology, ensuring systems meet business and compliance requirements. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. • Lead and support the implementation of core financial modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, and Cash & Bank Management. • Conduct fit-gap analyses and design workshops with stakeholders. • Configure and customize D365 F&O financial modules to align with business needs. • Assist in data migration, system testing, and end-user training. • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement of the finance systems. • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions are implemented correctly. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, reporting standards, and internal controls. • Support integration with third-party financial tools and external systems. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (or AX 2012). • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial processes, and compliance requirements. • Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting financial modules in D365 F&O. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) or local GAAP. • CPA or CA certification (or in progress). • Previous involvement in full-cycle ERP implementations. • Familiarity with Power BI, Power Platform, or Azure DevOps. • Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certifications.
