Job Description: Pay Range: $85hr - $90hr Requirements Gathering And Process Design: • Collaborate with supply chain stakeholders to gather and document requirements across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics. • nalyze current-state processes and design optimized future-state workflows using D365 SCM capabilities. • Define functional specifications for configurations, customizations, and reporting. Solution Configuration And Implementation: • Configure D365 SCM modules including: • Procurement and Sourcing. • Inventory Management. • Warehouse Management. • Product Information Management. • Sales and Distribution. • Support setup of supply chain parameters, workflows, and master data. Data Migration And Validation: • ssist in migrating supply chain data from AX 2009 to D365 F&O. • Validate data mappings and ensure accuracy across legal entities and business units. • Support reconciliation and testing of migrated data. Integration And Reporting: • Collaborate with technical teams to support integrations with: • Third-party logistics providers, PaymentTech, and eCommerce platforms • Databricks for inventory and fulfillment analytics. • Enable reporting using Power BI and standard D365 tools. Testing, Training And Support: • Develop test cases and support functional testing, UAT, and issue resolution. • Create user documentation and deliver training to supply chain teams. • Provide post-Go-Live support and continuous improvement recommendations. Required Skills And Experience: • 7+ years of experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 F&O with a focus on SCM. Strong Understanding: • End-to-end supply chain processes and D365 SCM modules. • Inventory, procurement, and warehouse operations. • Data migration and master data management. • Experience in large-scale ERP implementations and stakeholder engagement. • Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate. • Experience with AX 2009 migrations and multi-entity environments. • Familiarity with IPPD 365 or similar delivery frameworks.
