About AirCARE1: We are a small but growing business seeking a skilled IT Systems & Network Administrator to manage and enhance our cloud infrastructure, data security, telecom, and network services. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless collaboration, robust security, and reliable connectivity for approximately 50 users across two office locations. Overview The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in managing OneDrive for Business and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, while also overseeing all aspects of our telecom services and network infrastructure. You will be responsible for overseeing our OneDrive environment, ensuring compliance and security, supporting end users, and managing critical telecom and networking systems including Verizon Business and RingCentral accounts. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage diverse IT functions independently. Responsibilities • User Onboarding & Training: Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and roles through Microsoft Admin Center. Provide any necessary onboarding and training to ensure successful user adoption. • Monitoring & Reporting: Continuously monitor OneDrive usage and performance. Generate reports on storage trends, activity, adoption, and potential risks. Set up alerts for suspicious or non-compliant behavior. • Security & Compliance: Manage OneDrive document sharing policies, implement any necessary data protection tools, and ensure compliance with relevant standards with HIPAA and GDPR. Conduct regular audits. • Technical Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for technology-related issues, including OneDrive sync errors, access problems, file recovery, as well as any device performance concerns (user computers and mobile devices). Provide timely support to users, preferably through a ticketing system to ensure real-time tracking and resolution of requests. • Optimization & Integration: Monitor storage efficiency, implement cleanup strategies, and automate routine processes. Ensure seamless integration of OneDrive with Teams, SharePoint, and Outlook. • Backup and Data Recovery: Implement and manage reliable backup solutions for OneDrive to ensure data integrity and business continuity. Regularly monitor backup processes, verify data recoverability, and respond to accidental deletions or data loss incidents. Ensure backups comply with organizational policies and any applicable regulatory requirements. • Telecom and VoIP Management: Oversee the administration and support of the company’s Verizon Business account and RingCentral phone systems. Manage user accounts, phone number assignments, device setups, and troubleshoot connectivity or service issues. Coordinate with vendors for service changes, billing inquiries, and escalations, ensuring seamless communication across the organization. • Network and Connectivity Management: Ensure reliable internet and network connectivity across both office locations (Phoenix & Albuquerque). Monitor and maintain network hardware (e.g., routers, switches, access points), troubleshoot connectivity issues, and coordinate with internet service providers for installations, upgrades, or outages. Proactively address performance or coverage problems to support smooth day-to-day operations. Job Requirements: • Proven experience managing OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 environments • Strong understanding of cloud storage, file-sharing security, and data governance • Solid knowledge of network infrastructure, including routers, switches, access points, and internet service coordination across multiple office locations • Familiarity with compliance requirements such as HIPAA or GDPR • Ability to troubleshoot a wide range of IT issues, including device performance, connectivity, and user access • Experience using ticketing systems to manage and track support requests • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and respond quickly to Nice to Have: • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, legal, finance) • Hands-on experience with telecom systems (e.g., RingCentral) and mobile carrier account management (e.g., Verizon Business) • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-101, SC-900) Job Type: Contract Work Location: Hybrid remote in Phoenix, AZ 85027
