We are an established Managed and Cloud Services Provider supporting small and mid-sized businesses across the U.S. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior System Administrator with proven MSP experience to take ownership of project delivery and client success. This role is designed for a self-starter who enjoys working autonomously, leading deployments, and solving complex challenges across Azure, Microsoft 365, and on-prem environments looking to modernize. You’ll be trusted to scope, implement, and manage projects from start to finish while partnering with clients and collaborating with a smart, driven team that values integrity, growth, and initiative. What You’ll Do • Plan and execute infrastructure projects including Azure migrations, M365 implementations, and server upgrades • Configure and deploy VMware and Hyper-V environments • Manage Active Directory, Entra ID, and group policy configurations • Implement and support backup and disaster recovery solutions (Datto, Acronis, etc.) • Oversee network deployments including firewalls, switches, and access points • Collaborate with clients to design and deliver secure, efficient technology solutions • Document project details and maintain visibility using Autotask and IT Glue • Stay current with evolving Microsoft technologies and industry best practices What You Bring • Proven MSP experience managing multiple client environments • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, and on-prem server infrastructure • Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V) • Strong understanding of networking and security best practices • Experience leading technical projects or client implementations • Excellent communication and documentation skills • Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification or actively working toward it Why You’ll Love It Here • 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision coverage • Hybrid WFH schedule • 401(k) with company match • Paid time off and holidays • Certification reimbursement and ongoing professional development • Mileage reimbursement for local client visits • Room to grow in a supportive, high-performing MSP culture
