We’re seeking a Senior System Administrator with previous MSP experience who’s ready to take ownership of challenging projects while mentoring others and driving technical excellence. This is a hands-on engineering role with the freedom to innovate, architect, and lead. You’ll design and implement cloud, networking, and virtualization solutions that make a lasting impact for clients of all sizes. Day to Day: • Architect and deliver infrastructure, cloud, and virtualization projects from concept to completion • Design, implement, and support Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid Active Directory environments • Configure and manage LAN/WAN, firewalls, and wireless networking solutions • Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix) and cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS) • Implement and manage SAN storage and backup strategies • Lead Microsoft 365 migrations and security configurations (Exchange, SharePoint, MFA) • Collaborate with internal engineers and clients to ensure flawless project execution Required Experience: • 5+ years of experience in a Managed Services Provider or IT consulting environment • Proven background in Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, and Windows Server • Expertise with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization and networking fundamentals • Strong project management and documentation skills • Excellent communication and client interaction ability Benefits: • 15 PTO days from the start + paid holidays • 401(k) with employer match • Health, dental, and vision insurance with employer participation • Hybrid WFH after onboarding • Company-paid life and disability insurance • Certification reimbursement and paid training • Weekly team lunches and regular company outings • Clear growth path and advancement opportunities
