We’re a family-owned Managed and Cloud Services Provider supporting clients across healthcare, legal, and construction. We’re looking for a System Administrator with solid MSP experience who’s ready to take ownership of systems, servers, and cloud operations. In this role, you’ll handle advanced troubleshooting, perform server builds and configurations, manage cloud migrations as part of a team, and keep client environments running securely and efficiently. What You’ll Do • Configure, monitor, and maintain Windows Server and Active Directory environments • Support Microsoft 365 administration and lead user and mailbox migrations • Participate in cloud migration and infrastructure projects alongside senior engineers • Manage network devices, firewalls, VLANs, and VPNs (SonicWall, Fortinet, Ubiquiti preferred) • Troubleshoot escalated issues involving servers, connectivity, and performance • Assist with endpoint management and security platforms including Datto RMM, SentinelOne, and Huntress • Maintain documentation in IT Glue and log work through Autotask PSA What You Bring • 3+ years of MSP experience • Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy • Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune • Familiarity with virtualization (Hyper-V, VMware) and basic cloud infrastructure concepts • Solid understanding of networking, VLANs, DNS, and TCP/IP fundamentals • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-service skills • Relevant certifications (AZ-104, MS-102, MD-102) are a plus Why You’ll Love Working Here • Competitive pay and monthly performance incentives • Health insurance and IRA with 3% company match • Paid time off, holidays, and flexible comp time • Certification reimbursement and paid training opportunities • Supportive, family-oriented culture with a focus on employee growth and quality of life
