Job Title: Security Administrator Location: Cincinnati, OH (Hybrid – 4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote) Salary Range: $90,000 – $105,000 Introduction Are you a hands-on security professional with deep expertise in firewall administration and a passion for protecting enterprise environments? Required Skills & Qualifications • Experience with Checkpoint firewall administration and configuration • Experience with KnowBe4 security awareness training • Familiarity with Azure security tools (network and application security groups) • Networking background, including experience with servers, firewalls, and telecom • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Excellent documentation and communication skills • Proven initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Preferred Skills & Qualifications • Checkpoint certification • CCNA certification • Experience working in mid-to-large enterprise environments (1,000+ employees) Day-to-Day Responsibilities • Serve as an escalation point for outsourced SOC alerts and issues • Create and modify firewall rules, policies, and security device configurations • Support and administer company-wide security awareness programs • Monitor security infrastructure performance and availability • Conduct trend analysis and report on top security incidents • Design and implement secure access solutions, including VPN configurations • Perform root cause analysis on security events and work with cross-functional teams to reduce risks • Maintain comprehensive and clear documentation on system configurations and security incidents Company Benefits & Culture • Competitive salary and performance-based growth opportunities • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage • Strong internal mobility and professional development opportunities • Hybrid work flexibility (after onboarding period) • Supportive team environment and a leadership team that values transparency and initiative #LI-CW1 #TECH #Onsite
