Technical/Functional Skills Design and Implement Microsoft CRM 2011 configurations and customizations Ability to consult on CRM Server architecture involving IFD, ADFS and SQL Server/SharePoint Server platforms and provide approach Technical Lead for the MS CRM 2011 related module(s) within the project and work towards finding solutions independently Design and develop integrations including CTI, Web Services based integrations.
